Your Field Of Activity:

  • Maintainance of the data in the internal CRM program
  • Support of existing customers
  • Independent processing of reservations
  • Professional consulting of our business clients
  • Implementation of bookings with the help of our internal booking system

Your Profile:

  • Traineeship or business degree in the area of hospitality or tourism (extended knowledge in the area of purchasing, front office or reservation department of a hotel is mandatory)
  • Professional experience in an international environment
  • Profound knowledge of the German orthography and grammar (written and oral)
  • Good time management and self organisation
  • High customer orientation
  • Correct manners and reliability
  • Well-groomed appearance
  • Ideally instructor´s licence
  • Commitment and flexibility
  • A high degree of discretion
